What Exactly is Goat Yoga?
Goat yoga
Goat yoga is a very fun and stress relieving experience which focuses on bringing harmony to the mind and body by stretching and breathing, while snuggling and interacting with baby goats. We provide a 50-60 minute beginner class lead by a certified yoga instructor that is welcoming to both men & women of all ages (minimum age is 12). We also have approximately 30 minutes additional after class for pictures & poses or just additional baby goat snuggles.
How to sign up
Please log onto our Facebook page and click on the "Events" tab. Tickets are non-refundable unless organizer cancels for inclement weather.
Event dates will soon be added and posted to Facebook with classes starting in September.
We will be doing public and private yoga events (as well as chair yoga at senior's facilities), please contact me for additional information.
What to bring
You will want to bring a yoga mat or large towel, water bottle and a camera!
Make it even more fun, bring a friend or make it a fun date with friends, family or coworkers!
